That regen + fact that daggers with that dps and ~10% crit are non existant.
But xyz is showing quite a few of them now so we should see price drop. |

Local crit is just as important (if not more so) as dps on a dagger. Just look at mirrored weapons. The best daggers in the game are like 430 pdps, but having 10% base crit is HUGE. Conversely, the best swords/axes/maces are like 550 pdps.
