Bino's Kitchen Knife - Why so expensive?

As title really, I don't really get it, sure its orange, and the stats are decent, but an equivalent damage rares seems to sell for 3-5 ex.
I guess the unique adds bump the price up some - the + to dot damage, and ofc the unique aoe regen heal from killing mobs, but is that it? I'm assuming its decent for a flicker build, and would be well suited for perhaps a splash viper strike build (if that's even a thing atm). But I've seen nothing on the build forums to warrant the items price in comparison to other highly coverted items like Shavs or Kaoms. Your thoughts? The crit it has... Not to mention free Aoe. It's bis for many COC builds.

" You mean like EK CoC? it would indeed be decent, the crit as well as the physical damage even without procs, but then it's not that* fast, its global crit's only 40, its got no spell power which is quite a big deal really. It's about the strongest weapon for survivability in the entire game. Pair it with an Aegis, and you literally can't die.

Yeah im not sure how this got through without being nerfed before implementation. Dyadus went through multiple nerf stages and is pretty much useless. But yeah, pretty much what the people said above me, its stupidly strong.
Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!

I bought myself one last week for 26 exalts (had to save a lot) which was really cheap at the time since most seller wanted 35ex+ for it. Right now, there is one out there with a buyout of 25 exalts. It is still a lot, but little by little, the price is dropping.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
