i have the same issue. i'm going to try downloading from a torrent to see if it makes a difference. i think i heard that this problem is due to firewalls/antivirus messing with the client download. perhaps the isp could be to blame? First time upon starting it, I get this error exception - "Error opening file: Metadata/UI/LoadingState/LoadingScreen.ui" I've already looked around the forums and there doesn't seem to be a fix that I could find or a solid address towards the issue.
