PackCheck am I doing something wrong?

I followed the guide listed by here:



But after downloading it, putting it into my Path of Exile folder, opening a command prompt to the folder and typing in the command all it does is come back with:

Fatal Error: Error opening file: Content.ggpk

Am I doing something wrong, or is my client just that messed up?
