Piety or level 66-69 maps farming

Farm Piety
>Get lv66 maps from drops >>Vendor 3 of the same map type to get a 67 map >>>Make sure to do Chaos recipe whenever possible. Unidentified is better since 8/10 rings/ammy will be trash. Repeat, and you'll either do those 67 maps, or return 3 of a kind for a 68 map. 68 maps drop much better loot compared to 66/67, so don't waste time on 66/67 (except tropical Island, I can clear that in like 4-5 min, and find that map the funnest). Piety is best for farming wealth however, since you usually should be be able to clear a whole run in under 7 minutes. Stack as much IIQ/IIR, then go nuts, and hopefully RNG will be kind to you. -[2.0] Tokyo's CoC Hybrid Damage Frostblader ---> view-thread/1401907

I always jump into maps just because I find it extremely tedious to farm 1 area over and over. If thats not an issue for you then Piety and late act 3 area's are probably better then 66-69 maps.

personnally i find that a full clear of lunaris 3 gives more xp and loot than 66-67 maps, but because i also find it really boring to just farm piety i usually kill her till i get 3-4maps, then do the maps, then repeat piety and etc.
i don't usually run 67's, i change them to 68's and run those when i get like 8-9 of them and then repeat the process. after 72's or so i usually get bored and roll another character Last edited by shroudb#3225 on Feb 20, 2014, 5:25:27 PM

For phat loot farm Piety until you can farm Dominus. Then farm Dominus.
Break repetition by running the occasional map you get from farming bosses. Pretty much what I have been doing since I got to level 70. PoE Item Info tooltip script - reveal detailed affix breakdown for any rare or unique!
