Projectile bug and errant directions - Game Video included!

Hello everyone!

I made this video to show what seems either a bug or badly designed projectile trajectory and errant direction.
This affects all ranged spells and I will be uploading the other videos to show.

It consists of a misplaced trajectory of the projectile/spell when on diagonals and horizontal aiming. It works as it should when aiming vertically to your character.

You can see what I mean in this video here: http://youtu.be/NPblo1-RE88
Second video: http://youtu.be/NT7sHbw0Fjo
Third Video: http://youtu.be/D-UvQJYnVFA

I will also be uploading other videos showing how you miss 90% of the time when pointing directly adjacent to the target if in a horizontal or diagonal direction.

Hope this video and the following ones I will be uploading will be self explanatory.

Thanks for your time reading and I appreciate one of the Devs commenting on this matter.

and where it should have been:

Added the second video when fighting mobs.
This is because you're pointing your cursor at the ground, but the arrow isn't rolling over the ground, its flying above it.

It is passing above the place on the ground where your cursor is pointing, it's just passing ABOVE it, not sliding ontop of the actual ground.

You're just very confused, no problems here.

Are you just saying that or did you took time to watch BOTH videos?

It is a problem, and a serious one. On the subsequent videos I am seeing shooting with the cursor right on top of the mob and the arrows and spells are passing 1-2 centimetres above the correct trajectory.

And to debunk your theory of passing above the ground, please note that you are seeing the view top down with roughly an inclination of 70 degrees, which means IF your theory was right, the arrow should shoot BELOW 1-2cm from the cursor, and not up.
Anyone else having this problem?
Bump because this is important for the devs to see. :)
I had a feeling something simmilar was happening to me few times with ranged attacks, but always though it was just me, maybe devs need to just explain this, it's not necesary a bug, but if it is I agree, bump it up for them to see :).
Looks fine to me. All streams I saw showed enemy HP-Bars at the top middle (much like D2) when pointing the cursor at an enemy. This bar ain't visible in your video and though that might be a settings thing (my game is still patching ... for like 17 hours now), if you look closely I couldn't identify a case where your cursor was actually on the model - being usually in front of it. Which is kind of funny because I have no idea how the arrow hit the small bugs like that if in a perfectly 3D world it would simply fly over its head (if you disregard ballistics, ie gravity). The case where your cursor is on the zombie at ~1:40 you dont click again but keep the button pressed which causes the target lock not to be set to the monster (same as in D2 again).

Disprove me with giving me a time. Oh and dont bother uploading a different video, I bookmarked them.
To me it looks like so often with computer errors, it's in front of the screen, no offense.

Try to target the feet, not the head.
I need more purple titles
Targeting in the first place would solve the problem - maybe using arrow rain could solve the problem too.
