I found it on the IncGamers Diablo forums as a tiny little subforum.

D3 forums. I went on one day n was like. ARPG. New Zealand?!?!?! whaa???!? How can my homeland place out a game in this genera and i dont even know.

Blizzard punched me in the face and when I came to I was a PoE Diamond Supporter.

(Seriously though.. disappointment there resulted in numerous threads pointing people here. Then I helped make or bump numerous threads, within their forum rules, pointing people here.)
