It would require a mountain peak like Arreat, or some weird twist of geography involving the low temperatures of a desert at night.
I do want to see some moonlit dunes in this game.

Yup, that works and is all the explanation that is needed. Simply saying "This game contains magic so we can do whatever we want." does not work.

i hope they dont add more effects to the game, since their engine cant handle them well anyway
