Nope, only ways to increase max % would be that aura, few random uniques and +5% passive and the flaskes mentioned above ^

Block recovery Does the increased block recover mean more blocks per 5/s for example ? if not what does it mean? | |

When you block your character gets stunned for a few milliseconds, and you cant move and attack for that time. If you increase your block recovery this time is reduced

Ok if someone is immune to stun, block recovery is then useless ?

Yes a good combination would be to use a shield with the 'Unwavering stance' Keystone at the very bottom of the skilltree and then there would be no need to get block recovery passives
