The topic is antagonistic... history has shown. People have a value system that's being assaulted by the suggestion of a SFL and we're likely to voice our opinions on the matter. No one is going to convince anyone they're wrong or right, but to tell us all that we don't belong here simply because we're voicing descent isn't fair dinkum.

Why is this have to be so difficult? Nobody is assaulting anybody. If I like blue you don't have to be threatened if you like red. If it's simply introduced and easily maintained why have you to perceive it as threat? If I want to make thread where people who love the idea could think/talk about something why you have it perceive it as something negative? Even if we're wrong. Even if it never happens. How does that affect you in any matter?

"Assaulted"? Hyperbole, much?

Even if you disagree with every point, suggestion, argument, and statement ever made in every single SFL thread on the entire internet (THAT's how you hyperbole :D ), your fantasy world value system wouldn't be so much as mildly nudged unless participation in an SFL was mandatory.

So I suppose if that suggestion was made you might have an argument about being assaulted. But I've not seen it made, at least. I haven't read the entire internet yet, though.

I don't see why a SFL needs increased orb drop rates.

It would just need a way to scale down higher currency via vendor recipes for that league.

Such as, vendor a Chaos for 8 Jewelers

I have had no problems playing Self Found within the current game. Other people trading has no effect on my experience especially if I am not buying anything...

GGG has made the leagues much easier to play Self Found by making every gem available from quests as well.

Not that I am against a SFL, I would probably play in one, but I don't think anything needs to be increased.

This was not final proposition. Personally, I think slight increase in orb drops could solve many of issues this game has /if suddenly turned to self found.

Personally I don't need to see more orbs, we could solve this by drops, recipes, whatever. Point is that game should not be more easy, and that 80 level player should have fair chance in acquiring one 5L item. That's all, I would hardly call it "make it easy" like some people say.

It is if blue and red have to co-exist. Then you have a brown that neither likes. That's exactly what will happen. You'll have a game that neither party likes. Each side will blame the other. Each will think the other side is getting more attention or a better deal. GGG will be stuck in the middle and have nowhere to go.
