Ok now i'm pretty sure i've got the whole key except for one letter. And for that one i tried every possibility. Either there is yet another encryption hiding the real key or someone already got it.

I have to say, deliberately making a mistake in the jpg was really really mean :( You put Y3QGA in but later in the thread you said "the ninth letter is an F" which makes it Y3QFA
