Seriously this is a fun puzzle, the ASCII and the password/username were pretty easy to figure out. But the binary code...

A used beta key does infact return a message saying that it's invalid, rather than already in use.

I am so damn close. I have the key but it's wrong. There is an error somewhere, maybe intentional, maybe not, maybe I'm mis*hear*ing something (whatever that means to those not as far), I don't know but it DRIVES ME MAD! Read through the thread too, read the hints ... STILL!
