Yes, I've been wondering about that. How is something both a test of skill, and random?

Do you randomly select people for a skill test, or randomly select someone from a pool of people who have passed the test?

Is it a test of skill in making an RNG? That'd be a bit heavy, I think.

RNG is Random Number Generator. We all pick/get a number and you get the big picture.

I think it's more like not an RNG per se, but rather a random select. Something like "select id,name from players order by random() limit 1" is what I'm guessing.

Depending on which DB backend they use, of course.
