I don't get the no global rule. If I mark my channel as not being suitable for people under 18, it should be up to my viewers if they want to experience vulgarity. Plus it encourages people that are in the beta to log in and talk to the streamer (ie: viewer interaction).
I know this feature may not be done, but since we are informing people it's a beta, they know some stuff is not finished. |

The global rule is probably because discussions about the beta aren't meant to be public yet.
