[2.6] Yalani's Low Life Righteous Fire Build

I followed your build with my witch OCC, it's pretty strong and good. But i wonder if this build's able to finish the Shaper - the final boss of Atlas of world? My witch has now got 13.5k es.
what about empower with RF link, if we don't play standard?

Empower + RF .... not useful at all... because it will increase the RF Gem level and will only affect it's More Spell Damage bonus witch for this kind of build is useless...

For this type of build using a lvl 1 RF or a lvl 10 RF or a lvl 30 RF is the same thing !!!!

Empower will only boost this build depending on what other support gems you have linked with RF + Empower and what bonuses you get from those gems alone !!!

5) Witchfire Brew Unique Stibnite Flask ....70% increased Damage Over Time during Flask Effect AND Grants level 21 Vulnerability Curse Aura during Flask Effect that gives Cursed enemies take 33% increased damage from Damage Over Time effects ... this combined with Vaal Discipline ... will make Bosses look like crates and urns :)):))

just buy this flask blindly without minded and then found one bad thing about it,u should get one more additional curse if u want use it with enfeeble and ele weakness=\

true !

depending on how many curses you are using, you might need to increase the max curses on enemies to be able to use the curse from flask too...

..but... even w/o the curse ..the flask itself gives 70% increased DoT damage witch is awesome vs bosses...

Witchfire Brew wins !

Another HUGE PLUS that Witchfire Brew has over Vinktar is this :

Vinktar place a shoking ground around where you stood at the time of flask use... so if mobs leaves the area they are no longer shocked...

Witchfire Brew give increased DoT damage ....bonus that is affecting you while the flask effect is on...so you can have it and still run after mobs....

The Lighting resists from Vinktar are sweet... but also the extra evasion boost from Witchfire Brew can be quite awesome if you still using Vertex Helmet...

If you want to consider just the dps factor... Witchfire Brew gives more boost while Vinkar "might" be more useful ....

Wrong. Vinktar's doesnt create Shocking Ground, Vinktar's simply shocks everything around you in a radius of 30 (which is higher than RF's Radius) - the same behavior as Witchfirebrew.

Damagewise, Witchfire is a tiny bit better if you can make use of the Vulnerability (which you most likely can not). Due to Curseeffect reduction, Vinktar is still better against bosses than Witchfire (even with Vulnerability).

Hello!

i would like to ask if this work with self cast RF:

the new essence "Essence of Horror" Helmet: Socketed Gems deal 30% more Elemental Damage
and
"Essence of Delirium" Gloves: Socketed Gems deal 30% more Damage over Time

thank you for your answer

This is the Mechanic description on poe wiki about Vessel of Vinktar :

Mechanics
When used, the player and all enemies within (approximately) 30 units of the player will be shocked. The self-shocking can be avoided by any usual method of avoiding Shock, such as wearing Fairgraves' Tricorne or by using a flask with the of Grounding suffix. Enemies that move in and out of the 30 unit radius will correspondingly gain and lose the Shock status ailment.

When using multiple variants of Vessel of Vinktar simultaneously, all of the variants' distinct modifiers will apply, but the modifiers in common will not stack. For example, one can use two different Vessels of Vinktar to obtain both Adds (x-y) Lightning Damage to Spells during Flask effect and Damage Penetrates 10% Lightning Resistance during Flask effect, but one will still only have x% of Lightning Damage Leeched.

Is true that most bosses won't run way more than 30 unit radius...but still....

Both works ...as long as your RF setup will be set in the helm or in the gloves...thus you only be using a 4l RF ....

Mid game those could prove useful ... but later you would want a 5l or a 6l ...
