While this is a nice idea and all, I don't think it's going to be particularly helpful unless the devs actually use the list in some form. They're not going to make the algorithm pull users exclusively from this list, nor are they going to be handing out keys themselves from this list, so overall I'm not sure what it's going to do besides let active users feel good about being active and grant some false hope. At best, we might just want to list known users with duplicate accounts or banned/suspended accounts so they can remove them instead.
