Piety's Fire/Ice ovals look like goddamn Starcraft beacons

I'm not trying to fault the overall mechanics of the fight. I like the mechanics. I'm not saying you should get rid of her beacons or anything.

However, could you do something to make them look a little bit more like the magical triggers they are, and less like flashy landing zones for some kind of miniature helicopter? Something that evoke the word "well," or perhaps "leyline," instead of "waypoint." Something sinister and witchy and maybe borderline shamanistic, rather than something you'd expect out of a HUD display.

It doesn't bother me at all, but something rather sinister than sci-fi would be great.

Hmmm, how about something closer to the town portal players can create, but either with a frozen or a being-on-fire look?
Thematically, Piety would enter the plane of ice/fire and briefly be able to draw upon its power.

There is enough overlords as it's we need to start the zergling production!!

I would put any programming resources to fixing FPS drops on not state-of-the-art rigs first (dual totem spork, LA).

But oh well, maybe it's better to have pretty graphics and 5 FPS than 20+ FPS and SC portals.

This is getting tedious. Read through people's job description. Not everyone at GGG is a core engine programmer. Bex cannot fix balance issues. Their accountant will not answer your support email. Unless it is about accounting. You get my point.
