This game have only one flaw atm... BIG ONE (not desync rant - its about UNIQUES TRAGIC DROP RATES)

Yea I totally agree, a lot of other things could be overlooked if rewards were better. Nothing more demoralizing than day after day of farming and the same crap keeps dropping that I found on Day 1 Character 1.. Act 1

So many scrolls, so little time...
Its not SWAG if its not doubled or tripled!

I completely agree. Items from the trade ranges from 1alc to 10C and then suddenly there are items selling for 10ex. The progression is simply not there. The transition is non-existent.
I mostly agree also... I personally think endgame content should yield end game unique items and instead how it is atm is that 99% of the uniques that do drop in higher content are early-mid content quality.

I also think that killing bosses like Piety should have a higher chance to drop uniques -- I probably got screwed by RNG but I ran Piety like 20-30 times with 75%+ item quantity and 100%+ item rarity and only got one unique (which was terrible). Whereas with maps I usually get 1 or more unique items like every 2-3 maps (though all of them are still terrible).
