In which level is "good time" to start blood magic on?

bugi said on his stream that he usually does on level 50-55 but it's for you to decide when you are safe enough to get it

Single target: Elemental Hit with weapon ele dmg, added fire dmg, faster attacks
AOE: Lightning Arrow with chain, lesser multiple projectiles and something I don't remember

he had iron grip 2 days ago, i wonder why he took it off, any1 got some insight on dat??

he said he posted the wrong build. iron grip is still in.
