Don't be stupid like me and use blood magic + purity.

While I do agree this are player mistakes there is nothing wrong if GGG just let's you know that you can't use this skill/flask because it will kill you and not cast it.

If you are out of mana and try to cast a skill it will say. "Not enough mana", Doing the same thing with "Not enoguh life" when you will go at 0 life or below is not so wrong.

Thank god i tried this combo in soft core^^. LVL 60 hc hurts ...RIP

Purity is an aura that reserves 40% of your mana (or life) pool. The OP must have linked it with the blood magic support gem which mas a mana cost multiplier of 250%. So 40% x 2.5 = 100% of their health.

I also love that the Devs put mechanics like this in the game. I certainly hope it's WAI and won't be changed. Don't dumb down the game - keep it like it is.

I give it one month once the open beta has started and then ATLEAST 2 threads have already been made about it and probably even more.

And to say the truth it was atleast worth a try to try it but one HC? There is something called default for this kind of testing.
