There is really no need to test it. Top rolled Harbringer is best for crit builds and this Thicket bow is best for non-crit builds. Simple as that.

Are you serious? You dont think the attacks per second and crit per second would be the same as they are with the base calculations allready done? The numbers would only be way higher. But the result would stay the same (Becouse with a 50% crit chance increase, both crit bases would scale 50% and the ammount of attacks per second would also stay the same. With 20% ias increase, the base ias of both bows would be increased by 20% and scale equaly to their base of off that). I think you need to either go back to school or sue your teachers for failing terribly.
