a simple (quite hidden) option like "show item level" would be a nice solution for old and new players

can this also be used to find out of a "increase Rarity" mod is a suffix or prefix? or if a stun recov is a hybrid roll?

No reason to ban. Doesn't make changes to game and does nothing not already in game, just does it more convenient. I think GGG should ctrl-c this into next patch and I would be VERY surprised if someone got banned using this.
