PoE Wipe

Will they wipe out of beta?

Would be amazing if they introduced something where you could keep and play your beta character.

Would be great.

Personally I prefer to play PoE solo so would love to play on my character and just level to 100 and not have to restart !

They wipe for open beta, not for release though. The last wipe (as far as announced, you never know what will happen) will be for open beta.

They won't make it an option to keep your chars.

As for the actual wiping. It's more of a 'Revert to Factory Settings'. You'll still keep your name. So, feel free to try and claim those ones you really want! Especially before OB. Where, let's face it. No name will be sacred. And certainly shouldn't be mentioned in a school, for most of them.
