Failed to Connect to Instance

Got this error also in Submerged passage on second playtrough.

Login screen says error message on bottom left corner:
"The terrain generator for client is out of sync with server."

EDIT: Seemed to fix itself after taking a break

I am still having this issue.

played fine for a week straight now i cant manage to zone anywhere... what changed???

I'm also having this problem. When I do manage to zone in, I never experience any lag. So I think the connection is fine when it works correctly. I've never been disconnected while in a zone, only when switching between zones. I think this happens with at least 50% of my zone switches.

Yep, same thing is happening to me as well. It's like playing roulette every time I zone and GOD FORBID I use a town portal... god those are almost guaranteed to disconnect me.

This is seriously pissing me off and I've not found any remote solution that works... what in fucks name is causing this?

All I want to do is play this amazing game and I get kicked in the balls every play session because I DC/ Lose my spot in a farm group... not to mention I'm playing Hardcore so the numerous amount of times I get disconnected I am expecting to log back in to see my character on Default.

Also been having this issue since two days now, random disconnects when joining instances!

Having same issue, dc when switching maps.

Any idea on what can be done to fix this, or even what is causing this?
