[1.0.0/WIP] VectorThrow - Spectral Throw Build (Phys/Crit/Ci/Ghost Reaver/Dagger)

This build is WIP! Not Completed This build is created from the class "Shadow" with Spectral Throw main attack. Uses Chaos Inoculation and Ghost Reaver to Life Leech function in the Energy Shield. In this topic I will try to explain how this build works. Enjoy it and sorry my English:) Why this build uses the Shadow and Energy Shield out instead of life?
