Gender would be a nice addition to the game.

The reason why they won't do this is quite simple.

Imagine how long it would take to redo the animations for every single skill, weapon and mix in-between for 6 new models.

I wouldn't hesitate to say this would be a project nearing the scale of A3. Of course I am wrong, but to me, that's what I would think at first glance.
