1.Arc: We have reduced the damage by 15% at all levels. 2.Monster elemental resistances have been reworked.All main questline, Map and corrupted area bosses have elemental and chaos resistance, though at a lower value. 3.We have increased the critical strike chance of most lightning spells.(5% now) 4.30% shock chance from passive with non crit build, have lower dps but still good enough but, you guys will be crazy if trying crit build new warlord's mark is awesome for ele leech IGN Jinloman
