you realize only people who want a change will come in here, everyone else is tired.

You could get 20/0 responses for fully instanced and it'd be quite meaningless.

We don't need multiple threads spamming the forum for the same few people to state their opinion over and over.

#2, but I feel like the devs are taking a hard #7 stance on this specific issue.

I don't see how anyone can vote for anything else. I'm tired of arguing over loot or having a heart attack each time a gem or unique drops because I won't be able to get it in time.

Honestly, the current loot system makes me avoid parties.
