Patch Notes - 0.9.13b Patch Notes - Forum - Path of Exile

I have problem w latest patch. During patching process downloading was stopped when around 80% was done and idk why ;( Now each time i start client i have the same error: http://imageshack.us/a/img84/2173/poepatchproblem.jpg Any suggestion about that?
