You could attempt to contact your ISP and ask them if they do any caching of content on their end to improve performance, but this often doesn't reveal anything worth note. There are a lot of free VPN services you can use. There's actually a thread linked in the Consolidated Technical sticky post that has instructions for how to set up a VPN, and many of the posts in it recommend different VPN services that work for them. I have the same error while downloading the patch file. Please help me to solve this problem. I don't understand why it happened, then, I try to turn off firewall and anti-virus software but It's still notice that error. Anyway, where can I find or download the other patch such as 1.0.0.3? I had the same problam with the 404 error, it tride to download the old patch 1.0.02 and not the new one 1.0.03 so after reading this post from the top this is what i found most halpfull: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/103073 its a link for a vpn guid and it works so far.
