Charan, weather you care to admit it or not, Alpha access DOES give an advantage.
It was never announced that MANY uniques would be nerfed and that Legacy would exist. Chris only said "Generally we don't nerf existing uniques" but "Generally" turned out to be "WE WONT" and that wasn't clear. Except, the Alpha Testers and their friends, got privileged information and spread the word to their trusting friends. It now makes sense why I saw people wanting to buy Divine Orbs for 1:1 ratio with Exalts. Don't tell me that was lucky guessing, that was just plain and simple "I know something you don't" Anyway, enough with the ranting. Legacy Uniques was all I needed to know to quit the game instead of upgrade my support pack. I am sure I am only one of MANY that hate unbalance in game so good luck to everyone who stays and sucks it up. IGN: LessBow

" I think one reason they are doing this is because of time requirement. I believe I read Chris say somewhere if they retroactively changed the uniques int he game already, it would require an 8+ hour downtime. |

Tell you what. I got an anonymous message from someone telling me to quit buying low rolled facebreakers because the new value will be 750-900. This person could have been helping me or they could have been fucking with me. If this ends up true, it would certainly say something about how the NDA does, cuz its not even someone I know.

" Yes, I can understand that from the explanation GGG member said about how some things, like numbers and %, are kept in the item itself instead of in their data base (like Voll's wording of Any time you crit). But, dont you think, it is better to bring the game down for a week or two and release it as a BALANCED with no Legacy Uniques instead of make it fast and release it with legacy uniques that are worth 100 of times more than their "new" version? I am sure it will take around 100 new Kaoms sale to be able to purchase a Legacy Kaom... how is this OK with Chris? IGN: LessBow
