So they added paths through the middle and then moved most of what you would want to go through the middle for as far away from the middle as possible?
If you expect me to shed a single tear for any VP-using ES character... nope.

What do you mean by VP-using ES character?

Are you implying life-based characters, any of them, use VP? Because you're probably wrong lol.

It wouldn't be so bad if VP was useable by life characters, but let's be real.

I agree that VP could use some tweaking. But it wasnt built to be used for ES characters. It had no drawbacks for them.

Happy it was moved. Now it just needs to be tweaked.

that is no basics .. its his own strategy n stuff ... nice try though

Just go to bed, this is getting embarrasing. Card picking isnt basic? Board control isnt basic? Cmon bro, then the PoE video wasnt basic either.

Where the fuck is the new VP possition???

How are CI melees even viable now?

is back where berseking was, is a bummer for me really, i spend about 6 ex or so in buying gear for my new CI crit shadow ( was gonna go CI yesterday but desided to wait for the patch) and now is entirely useless, like all the rest of my characters

you should have seen it coming. i know i did.

even a month ago the word was VP is getting moved to the far bottom of the tree and that no CI/ES build would be able to reach it easily.

basically any hybrid build will have to be Scion from now on
VP was simply gamebreaking in its current state and when used for a few other notable passives, made ES builds over the top. Oh and throw in shavs for good measure.
IGN: Arlianth
Check out my LA build: 1782214
Was hardly game breaking. The thing is that CI already has all the drawbacks of VP so it's silly to separate the two that drastically. I think limiting it to attacks and not spells would eliminate most of the supposedly overpowered aspects of it.

And no, Shav's has nothing to do with VP. It's biggest benefit was low life righteous fire which depends upon regen. It's not like there are hundreds of low life melee builds running around.
time to run a sporker
not spork ...split arrow chain cast on crit spark(quillrain). its a 2 for 1 deal.

Aura passives look sweet. Let's see how good the auras are without them, but so far it's starting to look like the knee-jerkers may have torn a ligament :)

30% LESS, its basically a lvl 21 reduced mana.

60*0.71*0.7 = 29.82% mana reserved for 1 60% aura. With around 25%~ reduced mana reserve it can drop to 22.365%~ which is still A LOT for a blood magic build to sacrifice.

No double auras for you blood magic, sorry.

I am happy that rangers get a pretty significant reduce reservation node, the EB thing might kinda work out afterall. Still very skeptical though, most of the reduce reservation nodes shown were on the left side.

Looking at the screenshots, I see 2 groups on either side of the scion's entrance to the shadow tree, 1 group by the crit nodes over by CI, and 1 group over by the block nodes on the far side of the templar. By my count, that's 59% mana reduced (67% obtainable with alpha howl) but BM users will have a hard time getting to all those.

I see nothing around the ranger, dualist, or marauder parts of the tree which is expected since they are the least mana based. Only way to run auras on a melee will be to have a hybrid build.
