What "world first" accomplishments do you think the most skilled players with the most free time will strive for once PoE goes OB?
Beating Act 3 on the highest difficulty in hardcore would be the obvious... But what about after that? " ... to let them know the game isn’t going to be very fair from here on out."

As long as GGG doesn't start adding trash like an achievement system we'll be okay.

I'm sure Panda (NotThat) will get most of the "First to enter" and "First to reach level" ones in HC :)
Act 3 will be the wild card though as OB will be our first trip through that content. IGN: Friar

First to beat the game naked and unarmed.
