You don't get +150% Damage, though. You have two increases: Hatred and Added Fire. Hatred is halved. Adds up to some 50% Physical as Fire Damage, plus the 100% Conversion (which does not increase or decrease your damage).

It's not 151.5% increased damage though. The only increases you listed are from added Fire and Hatred.

burning arrow +30% of physical damage as fire damage.
Added fire level 20 +39% fire damage
hatred 25% of physical damage as cold/2 = 12.5% fire damage
blackgleam + avatar of fire, 100% physical converted to fire
181.5% of physical damage as fire damage.
yes my calculation was off, actual multiplier of physical damage would be 1.815.
but if you include weapon elemental damage (80% more weapon ele) it becomes a multi of 3.267, which is insane :)
You cannot convert over 100% of your damage. Converting 150% of physical damage to fire does not give you 150% of your initial damage, it caps at 100%. So 100% of physical damage converted and 200% of physical damage converted will yield that exact same damage.

I didn't convert over 100%, I converted 100% and BEYOND that I ADDED %'s, you can add percents infinitely.

Its exactly like using hatred aura with EK, I'm doing 100% of EK's damage and adding x percent of cold damage. If you read the converted damage link I originally posted in this thread you will see how conversion and added mechanics interact.

Yes, this is the build I want to try. Cold->fire burn proliferation builds don't work so well at the moment because of shattering, so something that kills off your cold damage is actually a good thing.

There's also the idea I had of doing a burning Bear Trap build, which will hopefully be a lot easier to set up once we have some good trap passives.
