The Resplendent mod can no longer spawn on shields. All shield defences have been reduced by 17%. If you have a gg ES shield with this mod, hold onto it. It just became legacy. The max ES theoretically possible on ES shields after 1.0 will be around ~720. I may divine mine a bit more today to hit 815, if I can find divines lol. The price has skyrocketed.
