I have read this thread, but haven't commented before because I just don't have anything to add, really. Still, considering you asked: I firmly believe you cannot apply two Shock stacks with a single hit. On-hit effects and procs appear to all be binary: either they happen, or they don't. I don't see why Status Ailments would be any different. Either you do Shock, or you do not.

You cant achieve 2 shock stacks in one hit from my experience

No. A hit will shock (once) if it crits, or if it rolls chance to shock. It can't do two.

" Each hit shocks once. If the skill chains back to the same monster again, you've hit it again and potentially shocked twice as the two hits are independent of each other. |
