I honestly don't think range is significantly changing unless they lower the base damage on bows.


This is the strangest statement i have heard. U first quote about a upcoming character that is able to attack with melee in range, and after that u write that bow damage should be lowered?!?

So its OK to trow a spectral copy of a 400-600 dmg 2-handed mace? "YES; LOWER THE BOW BASE DAMAGE, BECAUSE TO TROW A MELEE WEAPON SEEMS BALANCED"

I'm impressed. The release looks fantastic - I'm looking forward to learning more about upcoming additions and changes, especially with regards to possible adjustments to the map system.

First, despite some small concerns, I think the scion is a wonderful idea. In a suggestion I posted a few months back, I offered my opinion about adding more 'hybrid' classes which utilized all three major attributes. I thought it would be best if these classes focused on a primary and a secondary stat (think INT-STR-dex or STR-DEX-int, like tri-color MtG decks).

I also thought it would be a good idea, then, to add a specific focus/synergy related passive to each class to make them more distinct. We may not see such synergistic passives, but if there was ever a time to implement them, I think with the release of the Scion, it's now. There's never been a better opportunity. (Example on request)

Second, I'm very supportive of the Steam integration. I doubt I've been vocal about it, but it's a verdant move to encourage growth.

Third, although I will probably not be as involved with the PvP tournaments and races (unless there are some overhauls with the rewards and pacing), I'm glad I have the *option* to participate in the future. Again, these tournaments and in-game features such as guild support look great!

Finally, despite what I feel has been weakening communication between the player base and your company, you continue to do a much better job listening than many wealthy electronic-gaming companies. I am still very happy to be a supporter of this game.

3.15 was a joke. 3.19 was a disaster. Archnemesis/Ruthless/Crucible(Archnemesis 4.0?) - worst ideas. Ruthless is a joke, a waste of resources. PoE2(exilecon version) was super disappointing.
