It's already been done by the Taiwan community. They replaced the default font with Diablo font. Here are some screenshots: http://i.imgur.com/ANGFElj.jpg http://i.imgur.com/hLDHxFy.jpg It's mostly about replacing some files inside the Content.ggpk archive. However it's probably against the terms of service modifying game files in any way, even if it's for your own use only.
