[1.0.0 UPDATED] Lightning arrow with crit as a life-based (Not using Voltaxic)

just about everything I fight at my level has either elemental or lightning resist... so LA does less damage than half leveled up rain of arrows. I just run around them in a wide circle shooting the poison cloud arrow making them stay inside it til they die. I tried spamming LA and did so til I was completely out of mana and they stand there with only 1/5 of their health gone yet doing the same thing with rain of arrows I can get them to 1/3 health left.
I don't think LA is a very useful attack even if it hits more enemies it does so little damage that its actually more efficient to use rain of arrows to kill them all. I tried using the points in my passive same as described in the OP too. granted I don't have all the same gear or half the gems but for my level the mobs should reflect the builds effectiveness but it does just the opposite. |

" LA is more about shock stack and the massive number of hits. you'll need some shock chance or crit chance for it to shine Master 8: All

LA destroys everything since i use thief's torment for mana issue from lv31(was using tabula rasa robe for 6L LA), in your case, seems you are: lack of mana and regen, and lack in dmg LA-chain-lmp-wed-LGoH does tons of dmg and requires a lot of mana, that's why ppl often go blood magic keystone or link it with blood magic when 6l Master 8: All

Updated for 1.0.0, build is now harder to use :( 5L is pretty much required to do decently, they're a bit easier to get , but yeah it's annoying

Two questions.
1: Do you get all the required skill gems from missions or do you have to trade for some. In case of trading what skill gems are most important? 2: What skill gems do you get from what missions? Guide looks nice otherwise. Think I am going to try it(depends on how many skill gems you need to trade for. This game looks awesome!!

How i can run Purity? This build has got low Intelligence. And second question. I think its better to use Added Cold Damage with frenzy instead added fire damage because of hatred aura
