[1.0.0 UPDATED] Lightning arrow with crit as a life-based (Not using Voltaxic)

1.0.0 NOTES : This build got pretty heavely nerfed. You cannot use blood magic anymore, just not efficient and hatred will take too much life which you now want. So instead, you're gonna have to blood magic your LA, and run Hatred+Grace+Purity, which is possible with the ranger reduced mana reserved node + a level 20(or maybe 19 works) reduced mana gem. Damage should be almost the same though, since you can now use Hatred

First of all , you must be thinking : " LOL CRIT LIFEBASED? RIP IN DEFAULT SCRUB " , and most of the time , you would be right. Not here though. This build is taking advantage of the fact you can evade your reflected hits by going full evasion (and not taking lioneye , explained after/in the video) allowing you to fire full force into reflect without giving a damn :) So without further ado, let's see how this shit works :p The tree !

It is based on your chance to evade projectiles(ondar's guile wink wink) and your chance to hit.Lioneye gives you 100% chance to hit => you will never evade your reflect. Sweet spot is around 50% chance to evade normal attacks (which gives you 95% chance to avoid projectiles attacks) and 85% chance to hit.

AVOID PERPETUS/Etheral Knives mobs/Bear traps mobs/Vaal rocks or you'll end up in softcore Frenzy for bosses , LA for rest. Maintain frenzy charges at all time and enfeeble nasty shit. Also blind totem on bosses and rares for extra lewts. There we go , I think I covered it all ! man you are awesome !!!!!!!!! your build/gear/skill are so smartly ! though i would like to see less "+ increase max health " passive skill for MORE DMG one even if your gameplay is centered on the biggest HP pool you can have to use both blood magic passive and life leech mechanic to the utmost. but your sick playstyle make me roll a ranger that i wouldn't go for probably when i saw that ROA ranger with 7000 HP who streamed on twitch yesterday because i hate the playstyle of ROA and i think too much health pool in harcore make you smaller than what you deserve when you go sick with the damage and a just reasonable Heath pool to show your balls are bigger than other HC player. Any reason you don't take all the sick crit multi/crit chance nodes that you are right next to? I think it may be worth it to drop some nodes elsewhere and pick those up, heartseeker and the deadly draw cluster are really nice.
Possible things to drop: 2 eva/life nodes after revenge of the hunted, frenzy charge and duration up near acrobatics, I really don't feel like 2 points for 5% attack speed is every worth it unless its on the way and it is most efficient to take them over some extra stats or something. Also might be worth it to take that 30 int node next to thick skin so you can get 3 more levels on wrath. Edit: JK you have crazy int on gear, it might still be worth it for two more levels on it though? I wish I had the balls to try something like this. I am too afraid to put good gear on my acrobatics guy because I feel so squishy. " It's not really for the 5% attack speed alone ,the frenzy charge also makes my single target much better (which is ... frenzy , duh) Also more crit multi would be okay for after I guess , but I'm a guy that likes to have a good pool of life (I'll have about 4.7k with my current gear and all those nodes I think) so I hate sacrificing life nodes on the way for something else :p And yeah I plan to take the extra int node , wrath is crazy deeps IGN : @Supernico
