Im thinking of buying a good chest piece what would be better a 700+ ES chest or a Atziri's splendour

you need the highest ES you can get on chest + resists. so whatever is cheaper and has better mods, buy it.

update:
i dunno how this plays out end game(BUTS its alot of fun) but i've had to play around with a few items today, and while leveling up i used vaal reave cause of the instant max range mod is still in effect when u switch over to normal reave aswell as HOA i still hooked on aura's) i was running hatred hoa/hoa grace/haste always mixin it up:).......................anyway! lol

i put on a grime gaze and for the fun of it used HOA again with inc hurn aoe/prolif and then set up grim gaze with flame surge cast on crit vaal reave and and fire pen and many others(storm call and prolif) and all i can say is LOL

its really hard to give "budget gear advice" since budget CI gear isnt that easy to get, and you still need several major uniques to make it work.

Would a CoE be a better option or a rare helm with high ES of course im struggling help !!

any comments? one thing that would be cool if you updated was a leveling guide. i saw you wrote about taking the pre-CI points (58) but after that do you go right for unwavering stance? or is that the last thing you do? etc. maybe you could have sample trees for levels 60, 70, 80, etc
