time to stack some dps Both physical and elemental damage reflection from monster auras have been reduced from 15% to 14% reflection. Reave: The skill's base area has been increased by 17%. Increase per stack has been reduced by 25% (???). Reave: The skill's base area has been increased by 17%. The area increase per stack has been reduced from 20% per stack to 15% per stack. Seems we will have tons more AOE at 0 stacks which is a good thing! what i like about the new passive tree is that you can get now enough dps to play even without legacy gear. so this build might be totally viable even in new leagues. my guess is you want to start the build with using eye of chayaula and dream fragments and work your way up from there.
