This is the flavour of the week complaint, like last week was auras. Everyone is doing fine now. For melee as I said, I tried it and if you have maxed block and insta cast enfeeble, you have a very good chance of surviving.

No, Weaver is not supposed to be harder than every other 70-74 map boss, but not because weaver is too strong - because the other map bosses (minus vaal) are too weak.

It should be interesting to see how things evolve as more and more map bosses get buffs.


edit: It would be nice if the rares couldn't spawn with reflect. If you couple any bad map affixes with the mob density in that room and the potential for reflect mobs falling from the sky, you are left with little recourse but to log off with many builds if you get unlucky.


This. Basically anything else is pretty doable, but having to deal with reflect aura as they come down? That seems basically all but impossible.

Every build with enough EHP and dps to not get oneshot there, and get back to full life/es immediately. And stun immunity. Builds with actual staying power.

I solo'd dual boss jungle valley on my CI phys cleave when I ran the map the first time after the patch.

Agreed that all other bosses are jokes rather than this fight beeing too hard.
You can always skip it if you can't beat it.

Solo'd this with my main a few days ago, no major issues. I think its a great improvement on the old version. Note also that its in a seperate area- if you dont think you can handle it, dont enter. GGG has mentioned in the past that players were meant to skip map boss battles if they didnt feel up to the task.

This maps boss battle seems overtuned compared to most other maps because its one of the few thats been updated to what is apparently supposed to be map boss battles intended difficulty (ie, new blacksmith, new mageara). Id expect the remaining easy/original boss battles to be similarly updated eventually.
