Keep crashing after new patch

New patch made this game unplayable for me. I keep returning to log in screen as i enter new instances, i cant even log in the game, i need like 5-7 tries, after i leave town i return to log in screen.

Anyone have similar problems ? or what could cause the problem for me ? (i play on windows 7 64bit)

When you are kicked to the log in screen do you see a message in the bottom left corner of that screen? If so, could you let me know what is displayed?

When i try to connect on login screen: > connecting to login server > unable to connect to login server


when i teleport from town to somewhere and get dc: "Failed to connect to insance"

i dont know if i did it right, If you use the Europe gateway, please trace to 'EU.login.pathofexile.com' how do i trace ? and where do i put this ?
i just type PathofExile.com in host

You will need to use EU.login.pathofexile.com in the host field, as using pathofexile.com will route to the website host, which is based in America and can give inaccurate results for you. From the WinMTR report posted however, the issue appears to be occurring at the hop between your PC and modem. The next WinMTR report you post should confirm whether or not this is the issue however.

This crashing happens totaly randomly i experienced this a bit before, but today in the morning it was unplayable, now crashing seem to stop. got just 1 dc in an hour.

Thanks for posting that second report, it does appear as though you may be experiencing an issue with your PC or modem. Are you currently using a wireless connection?

Yes

If possible, could you try connecting through a wired connection and posting another WinMTR report while connected by wire?
