I would hardly consider the Tornado Wand better. Focusing purely on physical damage might seem like a good idea, but in practice is actually not the best way to approach it. Having high lightning damage on the wand is necessary as it both splits up the damage from reflect, and allows further scaling with WED and Arcing Blows. Using that Tornado Wand will force you into things like Life Leech and will require a lot higher armor to mitigate reflect with some map mods. I'd almost go as far as saying that wand is unusable on some maps where the Imbued will pose 0 issues because it has all the right rolls.

Any update on the Tempest Weaver? Does it have 5 or 6 properties?
