What book are you currently reading?

The first three books of A Song of Ice and Fire (the series of Game of Thrones) are great, the last two so far are a bit slow but still good overall. Now I'm reading Age of Wonder by Richard Holmes, about some explorers and scientists in the 18th century. Good stuff so far.

I've been reading a little catastrophic non-fiction via Death From the Skies in addition to getting my Star Wars fix through the Thrawn Trilogy.

For any sci-fi fan I strongly recommend any H.P. Lovecraft book, his books are an amazing piece of art and his concepts of mythological monsters are frightening and yet interesting.

I'm currently reading A Clash of Kings, book two of 'A Song of Ice and Fire' after watching the first season of Game of Thrones. So far it's amazing, I'm about half way through. Going to read the others afterwards.

The Two Towers.

I'm reading the Diablo Archive by Richard Knaak. It's compiled the first four books into one: Legacy of Blood, The Black Road, The Kingdom of Shadow, and Demonsbane.

I want to start the Diablo: Sin Wars next, but some reviews online said that the writing was only so-so. Has anyone read those yet?

I've been working on Dan Simmons' Hyperion Cantos (not intently). I finished Hyperion in a few days of feverish reading, but The Fall of Hyperion has been taking me ages. It's not that it's not a good book, things IRL just keep interfering and disengaging me from the story. It takes a lot of focus for me to read a book from cover to cover without getting distracted by other sorts of media (aka games).
