I've been doing something somewhat similiar since they introduced those boots, but on a Power Siphon witch. I also don't use CI; I stack HP/ES/Chaos res. Since I'm not CI but still use ZO, my regen is based off of my Life pool instead of my ES pool, which makes my regen less than what you've attained, but I like having a decent pool of both (2.2HP, 5kES).

Pretty cool idea, love it when people come up with stuff like this, could be a great build.
One small thing though, in your "What's the point of this build" paragraph you said that you've been looking for builds utilizing ZO and that all you've found is "troll builds". I'm not sure how you missed it but ZO is a key component to one of the most popular and strongest builds right now, low life RF Dual Spork. Besides that popular build, there aren't really any other ones (just try searching Zealot's Oath builds in Google and you'll only come across forum threads without a good understanding of how ZO functions). " Awesome stuff dude! Thanks for posting this here. :) For those of you looking at the above post, you'll realize that it uses Soul Taker instead of Marohi Erqi. I have made an alternative version that rsimky has been playing (it's not full-fledged yet but it's getting there steadily). So far the progress looks good! I suspect this build is going to murder in the expansion and plan on doing a hybrid ES/life version with a couple of unique additions to the engine. I'm very much looking forward to it, especially with frenzy charges now giving a flat damage increase. The version I'm running This build could be killer as hell in the near future...
Mine's a bow version, and frenzy is really only used to generate charges and fuel the regen and low life damage (so the damage doesn't matter) so I'm thinking of grabbing a couple of ES on hit jewels and using quill rain with life on hit to help keep my life up. This engine could either could be used to power the ZO or the new EB, essentially giving you bottomless mana. A judicious use of CoC with that combo could be another way to add some nice damage....
