I'm seriously thinking about getting a Starkonja's head for the crit/attack speed boost. I dont really need the resists from mine and starkonja has good life on it, i would really use more dmg from that helm.

What do you guys think ?

yes, use the other helm for EW map only

EDIT:/ whats the BM cost of 6 linked EHit like this? You dont have any life leech gem and the dps is mostly elemental, so what do you do in no regen maps?

I just skip those really, as you can see running a 6linked elemental hit from bare bones no totem is a pain in the ass, this is why its extremely gear dependant and hard to create. Right now my 6linked ehit eats about 230 mana per use so in fact 230 life. I still deal i would say around 500 physical damage on tooltip and i have a 2% physical life leech node next to lava lash and that helps me a bit. I must say that it is a real problem tho, i would really use Lifeleech but as you can see i already have gems linked to my Ehit, Wed,proli,splash,addedlight,multistrike. All those gems are very good combined with elemental hit, i could remove WED and use lifeleech for really hard maps probably but it's signifiant downgrade to DPS. I'd say i either need to focus on getting a lot of life ( currently 4500 life ) or getting more life regen nodes will help me a lot. I also have Rejuv totem for really hard situations, that totem helps a lot honestly.

Edit: The life cost is actually 188 and not 230, just noticed.

It upped my chance to crit and gave me about 1k dps ! very good choice imo !
