If I create two characters in one race and both of them are lv5. How many points will I get?

You should not make multiple characters in a league to attempt to receive multiple level-threshold prizes.

You would only get more points if you score some quest rewards with one of the characters or become Top20 of class which is out of question besides Lethal Turbo races.
