should see if it is indeed better then lionseye's glare I highly doubt it is but curious.

I actually tested it. A 305 DPS Lioneyes gives me roughly 1k more tooltip DPS (5k -> 6k), most of it due to the fact that I had almost no +acc on my gear and had roughly 85% chance to hit, which consequently also ruined the chance to crit.
